Airlines will allow delivery, which will of course need to be coordinated to make sure your items get to the right place on time. They will not be responsible if hotel staff have your property because you left the hotel. Once it’s delivered it’s no longer their issue.
Yes, most airlines will give the curtesy of delivery if you request.
