I used WhatsApp to text them; I find it easier than the website chat.
No phone agents is a no for me, I can’t book with an airline that doesn’t want to speak with me.
So I was chatting online with an agent and the chat got heated. I asked for a supervisor, he joined the chat but we still were having miscommunication. To my surprise the supervisor offered to give me a call, as a one-time curtesy. I should have stored the number lol.
They don’t offer phones agents, and they have very limited staff in the airports as well. You get what you pay for.
Frontier got rid of the phone customer service in 2022. If you have any questions it’s best to use the chat future on their website, they respond fast.
